Jaquelin Vasquez recently documented the work on welder Ezekiel Delgado as he designed an eagle from scratch in the shop. His project will be advancing to the state contest in the Skills USA Sculpture category. Follow his progress as he puts the finishing touches on the project prior to State in April.
