Culinary students share recipe for Fried Chicken and special sauce

Senior Zoey Murguia and junior Shaderial Jones created their specialty of Fried Chicken topped with Espagnole Sauce.  The recipe and ingredients are included in this video along with a live demonstration. Video and production by Bailey Boelter.

  • Vegetable Oil
  • three cups of beef sauce
  • carrots
  • onions
  • half cup flour
  • half cup vegetable oil
