Panther Prints

Karen Gaytan
In her second year on the Panther Prints staff as a junior, Karen is a photographer and a writer. Karen placed 2nd in Texas Press Women for writing last year and hopes to continue to be successful this year. Karen has been involved in journalism since her freshman year but joined the Panther Prints staff in the fall of 2016. After high school Karen plans to go to University of Texas at Austin and then wants to be come a journalist. She also plans on to continue figure skating after high school.
