The DHS Student Council will host its next blood drive on Thursday, April 12th in the foyer of the Performance Hall from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are working with Carter Blood Care to designate credits for two people who are undergoing blood transfusions – George Whitley, husband of former DHS English teacher, Doris Whitley, was recently diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia, and Landon Dunn, a seven-year old boy with leukemia. People may contact David Womack to schedule an appointment, or they may simply show up.
