The  girls varsity soccer team will take on District 7-5A leader Mansfield tonight after picking up a 5-0 win over the Grand Prairie Gophers on Friday.

“I think Mansfield is going to be a very strong opponent with every strength in every position.” captain Bianca Perez said

Mansfield is a tough opponent who will come out with everything they have. The Panthers are beginning to find the chemistry that works for them on the field, however it will take every girl on the team working together to win games.

“I do believe that we are getting better together, but there are some things that we need to improve.” senior captain Veronica Miranda said.

The girls are now 1-1-1 in district and are looking to improve their record tonight in Mansfield.
