Last Friday the Panther baseball team took on Mansfield Timberview in another district match-up. The Panthers came into the game with an overall record of (9-8) and a district record of (3-3). The Panthers would be starting junior, Jonathan Dailey at pitcher. The Panthers went into Mansfield and took a win away from the timberwolves. The Panthers won the game with a final score of 4-0.

After the dominating performance last Friday the Panthers were supposed to take on Midlothian on Tuesday. Due to rain, the game was postponed and rescheduled to Thursday at the Panther Field. First pitch will be thrown at 7:00. Their next district game will be played the next night against Cedar Hill. In the previous match-up the Panthers lost a close game to Midlothian and lost to Cedar Hill (4-0).

The Panthers will be looking to make a run towards playoffs and improving their district record and bounce back from the slow start to the season.
