Both of the junior varsity teams opened their season at home with big wins against Colleyville Heritage.

“The Panther’s JV Red and Blue teams battled Colleyville for metro-plex bragging rights,” coach Bobby Kelly said.  “Looks like bragging rights, once again, belong to the “City of Champions.”

The Panther’s Red team wiped out Colleyville by a score of 32 to 7. The Panther’s Blue team stayed cool as they defeated Colleyville 36 to 28.

The Panther’s  junior varsity teams will play Thursday night against Highland Park in Highland Park, and the varsity will host Abilene High for their first home game Friday at Panther Stadium.
