College & Career night set for Sept. 18

Wednesday, Sept. 18, from 6-8pm Duncanville will host its annual College and Career Night. Approximately 80 representatives universities and vocational schools will be there to answer questions and assist students with all questions related to college. Students and parents are encouraged to come and be informed.

“College Night gives students an opportunity to compare colleges side by side, literally,” lead counselor Terri Vehon said. “They will even be able to get an idea of what each school’s personality is like.”

Students can prepare now by registering for the event online.

“If they follow the directions below they will not have to fill out the same information multiple times,” Vehon said. “The representatives then scan a barcode to get their information.”

2. Check attending TACRAO (as opposed to an individual event)

3. Click Register Now

4. Complete Registration and Submit

5. Print the confirmation and bring to the college fair
