Students who purchase a 2013-2014 Panther Tale yearbook between now and January 24 will also receive a free copy of the previous year’s. The promotion is to encourage the sales of yearbooks before the final sales deadline.

“We would like to put a yearbook in the hands of every student,” yearbook sponsor James Rich said. “Anything we can do to promote this, we are willing to try. This is a two-for-one price, but there are limited quantities of books available.”

Rich said the size of this year’s book will be determined at the end of the sales deadline.

“Because of the price of production, we will only be able to pre-purchase the number of books sold by Jan. 24,” Rich said. “Students who have not purchased their yearbook by this date will not have another opportunity to buy one. Lack of participation in the purchase of yearbooks will limit the page size of the book and what activities are published in the book.”

Senior Sharonda Davis encourages her peers to purchase a yearbook.

“A yearbook is a collection of the best moments from school, the ones you’ll really want to remember,” Davis said.  “If the publications department doesn’t sell enough yearbooks, future classes won’t be able to purchase them at all. You can make a difference by buying your copy today!”
