Powderpuff is making its way this Thursday at 7pm.

Admission is $5.00, not a bad price for good entertainment.

School IDs are required and athletic passes will not be accepted.

Powderpuff has been going on for over 21 years and is a fun high school tradition that happens at Duncanville and many other schools. Powderpuff is an event where the roles are reversed for everyone, the junior and senior girls are the players and the football players are the coaches. Also not to mention instead of the girls being the cheerleader the boys are. A good thing coming from Powderpuff is not just the fun of pulling flags and watching the boys embarrass themselves in front of the student body; it’s all of the profits from the Powderpuff that go towards the senior class for prom. This year, Duncanville made of record of 141 girls that signed up and are playing.

“Let’s see if the senior class can keep their championship run going.” -Powderpuff coordinator, Coach Chapman.

The seniors won last year and are hoping to win again this year. I don’t know about you, but I wouldn’t want to miss out on a chance to see this!
