Orange Chicken


2 pounds boneless chicken breast (cut into bite size pieces)
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 egg (beaten)
2 lemons
2 or 3 orages to squeeze
paper & salt as desired
rice vinegar
soy sauce
brown sugar
orange zest
ginger garlic
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
Mix the salt, pepper, and flour into a medium mixing bowl
Mix the chicken and egg in a large container with a lid and shake then add the flour mixture in with the chicken put the lid on and toss (don’t shake)
Deep fry the chicken at 375*F this can be done in a deep fryer for best results but is can be done on the stove in a medium sized pan on high

On medium heat in a large saucepan mix 1 1/2 cups water, soy sauce, lemon juice, rice vinegar, and orange juice, heat for 3 minutes then add brown sugar, orange zest, onion, ginger garlic bring it to a boil, then add 1/4 cup water and 3 tablespoons cornstarch and stir until thickens.

Pour sauce over chicken once they are done frying
Add a lemon or orange slice if desired.
