• On Wednesday, January 23rd student council will be hosting the next blood drive. You MUST schedule an appointment in B203. All Students MUST be at least 16 years old and weigh at least 110 pounds to donate.

  • Tabernacle will be moved to EVERY Tuesday from 3:15-4:30pm in the West Seminar room. There will be free food and free Jesus!

The Duncanville High School Student Council received its 22nd consecutive Sweepstakes Award at the District Conference on February 24.

 

Sweepstakes is earned when a student council is recognized as outstanding in all five Texas Association of Student Councils (TASC) project areas: Outstanding Student Council, Community Service, D.A.S.H. (Drug, Alcohol, Safety, and Health issues), Energy & Environment and Pride & Patriotism.

The Student Council’s scrapbook placed 3rd. Madison Cooper was one of five seniors at the conference to receive a $750 scholarship. Duncanville is a member of TASC District 3, which is comprised of more than 200 schools in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.
