Instructional Makeup Days
Just a friendly reminder that the district will make up two of the five missed inclement weather days on Friday, May 6 and Monday, May 9. These two days will be regular instructional days, with all staff reporting to work. The district will remind parents and students using our automated calling system, but campuses are encouraged to use marquees to help remind our community.

Professional Staff Makeup Days
District staff have selected to utilize Monday, May 30 (Memorial Day) as a common district-wide staff development makeup day. The Learning Services Department will host Showcase on this day at Duncanville High School for all professional staff. The remaining two makeup days will be completed in at least half-day increments (3.5 hours) at the discretion of each campus/department.
