He is considered a perfectionist.
Fun Fact: He is also a DJ and founder of Midterms radio and Club Esco (The Annual Fundraiser hosted by A/V)
Yilmar has many ideas, this makes him quite special and valuable.
He is also one the smartest in the organization.
