Yesterday, Mrs. Abbie Strunc’s AP Economics classes participated in a supply and demand project. The students made products and brought them to class and promoted marketed their products as suppliers. They also received fake money to purchase products such as cupcakes, candy and other food products from other suppliers in the class. Videographer Mimi Kang was on hand to cover the event live.
