In order to promote pride in being a Duncanville High School Panther, a Texan, and living in the United States, the high school student council will be holding a theme week with different themes each day as follows:

(Military) Monday: Students and staff are encouraged to wear any shirt, hoodie, sweater, or jacket that promotes a branch of the military. Camouflage shirts are also permitted.

(Texan) Tuesday: Students and staff are encouraged to wear a shirt that promotes the state of Texas. (College apparel that promotes a school in Texas is not permitted as Thursday’s theme is being dedicated for that.)

Wednesday: Duncanville High School spirit day, students may wear any DHS organization shirt or school colors (shirts don’t have to be solid).

(College Tour) Thursday: Everyone, especially seniors, is encouraged to wear a shirt, hoodie, jersey, sweatshirt, that represents a Texas university or post-secondary school.

(Freedom) Friday: All about America, students and staff are encouraged to wear a patriotic shirt or something with red, white, and/or blue.

*On all days, normal dress code pants must be worn.
